When we met Regan, at 8 weeks of age, there was no way to pass up the opportunity to add her to our home and breeding plans.

Regan made her show debut as a sweet, gangly baby at the Canadian Mastiff Club’s National Specialty in Springbank, AB, on July 18^th, 2010 at the age of 7 months, expertly handled by Reece Marchand.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our daughter, Taylor, was the only other person brave enough to handle this spirited lady in the ring, and teamed up with her at the fun night/banquet for the Junior Handling competition. Together, they won first place!!

I was so proud of them both, running  around the ring grinning from ear to ear, enjoying each other’s company and having fun! 

 

Regan grew straight up, and was all legs, so we waited to show her for a while to allow her some time to mature. She came back out in October 2011 in Camrose, Alberta, where she attained her 1st points.

She then attended a show in Calgary, Alberta, January 2012, where she, along with our Andee, picked up a few more points!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Regan hit the ring only one more time, in April 2012, in Red Deer, Alberta to gather the last couple points she needed to finish her owner handled Championship.

Her show career has been short, but sweet, having Best of Breed, and Best Opposite Sex over Specials.

Regan will now begin her health testing...and then start her search for that ever elusive "perfect man" to start her family with.
